1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using GetCredo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
GetCredo is a SaaS platform that automates employee onboarding through Slack. The Service includes a Slack bot and a web-based admin panel for creating onboarding flows, tracking progress, and managing team communications.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must authenticate via Slack OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscription and Billing
The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Paid plans (Starter, Growth, Enterprise) are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are listed on our pricing page. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Your continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to send spam, to harass individuals, or to violate the rights of others. You are responsible for all content sent through the Service by your account, including messages delivered via Slack to your employees.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process employee data (names, Slack IDs, onboarding progress) on behalf of your organization as a data processor. You are the data controller and responsible for obtaining appropriate consents from your employees.
8. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease at the end of the current billing period.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetCredo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the admin panel. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
