1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with GetCredo, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. This guarantee applies to new subscriptions only and is limited to one refund per account.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at contact@getcredo.io within 14 days of your first payment. Include the email address associated with your account and a brief description of your reason for requesting a refund. We will process your request within 5 business days.
3. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings (Settings → Billing). Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until that date. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time after the 14-day guarantee period has passed.
4. Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within the first 14 days. After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to prevent renewal at the end of the annual term.
5. Payment Processing
All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, invoicing, and payment disputes on our behalf. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank.
